Political Era Ends: Shibu Soren Bids Final Farewell
Jharkhand News : Veteran tribal leader and former Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shibu Soren, passed away after a prolonged illness, marking the end of an era in state and national politics. Known as the founding figure of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Soren had been unwell for several months and was undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
Soren, popularly known as “Guruji” among his followers, played a pivotal role in the Jharkhand statehood movement and served multiple terms as Chief Minister and Union Minister. His death has left a void in Indian tribal politics and sparked a wave of condolences from political leaders across the country.
