Offbeat News : Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan, known for her dedication to fitness, once again grabbed attention on social media with her latest workout session. In a recent Instagram video, Soha demonstrated various types of push-ups and explained their health benefits in a fun and informative way.

In the video, she is seen performing wall push-ups, knee push-ups, incline push-ups, and one-knee push-ups — all while playfully applying lip balm between sets, showcasing her signature blend of humour and discipline. Soha emphasized that push-ups aren’t just for men, and encouraged beginners to start with knee push-ups, followed by incline push-ups using a bench or table, and eventually progress to full push-ups on the floor.

She explained that push-ups help strengthen muscles in the arms, shoulders, chest, and core, and also contribute to better bone health. Wall push-ups, she added, are ideal for beginners as they place less stress on the joints while still effectively targeting upper body muscles. Knee push-ups are also recommended for those new to strength training or recovering from wrist injuries. Incline push-ups, being easier than standard ones, are considered both accessible and effective.

Soha’s playful attitude and passion for fitness were clearly visible in the video, once again inspiring her fans to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

On the work front, the 46-year-old actress was last seen in the 2025 horror film Chhorii 2, directed by Vishal Furia. The movie is a sequel to the 2021 thriller Chhorii, and Soha played the key role of a traditional caretaker. The film also starred Nushrratt Bharuccha, Gashmeer Mahajani, and Saurabh Goyal.
