Jharkhand News : A shocking incident unfolded in Sopodera, under Parsudih police station area, when Rohan Srivastava, a professor at Chaibasa College, died by suicide. The tragic event has left the family in deep shock, struggling to understand what led him to take such a drastic step.
According to reports, on Wednesday night, Rohan asked his wife to make tea and went to his room. By the time she returned with the tea, he had allegedly hanged himself from the ceiling fan. On the mirror of the room, he had written “Sorry Moto”, believed to be a reference to his wife’s nickname.
Investigators also discovered the word “Money” written on the sole of his foot, the meaning of which remains unclear and is now a subject of police inquiry.
Rohan had recently married, making the incident even more distressing for his family and acquaintances. Police arrived at the spot soon after being informed and sent the body for post-mortem. The tragic death has cast a pall of grief over the locality, while authorities continue probing all possible angles behind the suicide.
