National Yuva Shakti Delegation Meets Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren

Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren met with a delegation from the National Yuva Shakti on Tuesday at his residential office on Kanke Road, Ranchi. During the meeting, the delegation presented him with sacred soil from Nemra, the ancestral village of late Dishom Guru Shibu Soren.

The delegation informed the Chief Minister that a padyatra (foot march) was successfully organized from Nemra to Ranchi between September 5 and 7, under the initiative of National Yuva Shakti. The march aimed to honor the legacy of Shibu Soren, highlighting his contributions towards social reform, environmental protection, anti-addiction efforts, and lifelong dedication to tribal and marginalized communities.

During the meeting, the delegation urged the state government to recommend Shibu Soren for the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award. They also proposed the installation of a life-size statue of him near Kanke Dam or Hatia Dam in Ranchi.

According to the members, these steps would not only honor the sentiments of the people of Jharkhand but also resonate with millions across the nation. The delegation presented the sacred soil from Nemra to symbolize their respect and the spiritual connection to Shibu Soren’s legacy.

The delegation included President Uttam Yadav, Durga Charan, Sawan Linda, Shailesh Nand Tiwari, Umesh Sahu, Nitesh Verma, Sonu Gupta, Rohit Yadav, Aryan Mehta, Ritesh Gupta, Ranjan Karmali, Prem Prateek Bambari, Chhotu Bedia, Anurag Tirkey, Ayush Gop, Prem Sahu, Rampravesh Gupta, Nilesh Mahato, Aryan Gupta, and Vishal Sahu.
