Jharkhand News : A grand Hasya Kavi Sammelan was organized under the aegis of Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL) at the township on October 14, 2025. The event featured some of India’s most renowned poets, including Shambhu Shikhar, Pratap Fouzdar, Rajesh Agarwal, Padmini Sharma, and Chetan Charchit, who entertained the audience with their powerful, satirical, and humorous verses.
The program was graced by the Chief Guest, Ashok Kumar Sehgal, CEO of PVUNL. General Managers (GMs) also adorned the stage and warmly welcomed the poets with floral bouquets.
Laughter and applause filled the air throughout the evening as the poets’ performances delivered both humor and meaningful social messages.
Members of the PVUNL Ladies Club, employees, and their families attended in large numbers, making the event a memorable and joyful occasion for all.
Among those present were CGM (Project) Anupam Mukherjee, GM (Operations) Manish Khetrapal, and GM (Maintenance) O.P. Solanki.
