Jharkhand News : The Jharkhand government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle in the police department, transferring 46 IPS officers. The Home, Prison and Disaster Management Department issued the official notification late Friday night.
According to the notification, large-scale changes have been made from the rank of ADG to ASP. Several district Superintendents of Police (SPs) have been replaced, while many officers have been assigned new roles along with additional responsibilities.

- ADG CID Manoj Kaushik given additional charge of ADG Headquarters
- Pankaj Kamboj (MD, Police Housing Corporation) given additional charge of IG Human Rights
- Narendra Kumar Singh (IG Vigilance-cum-Security) assigned additional charge of IG Operations and IG Palamu Zone
- Rishabh Kumar Jha given additional charge of SISF Commandant along with JAP-4
