Jharkhand News : Social worker Kamal Bagaria was felicitated for his outstanding contribution to cleanliness and community service during the “Swachh Ramgarh, Sundar Ramgarh” awareness campaign and Shramdaan initiative organised by the Ramgarh Cantonment Board.
The cleanliness drive was held at the Subhash Chandra Bose Sports Ground (Football Ground) under the leadership of Brigadier Sajesh Babu P.G., Commander, Punjab Regimental Centre, Ramgarh, and President of the Cantonment Board.
Bagaria was presented with a memento by Ramgarh MLA Mamta Devi and Cantonment Board Executive Officer Vivek Singh in recognition of his active participation and continued efforts towards promoting cleanliness and civic awareness.
This is not the first time Bagaria has been recognised for his work. He was earlier honoured as a Swachhata Doot (Cleanliness Ambassador) at both the district and cantonment levels, including recognition by former Union Minister Jayant Sinha. The Ramgarh Cantonment Board has also previously acknowledged him as the Brand Ambassador for Cleanliness for his sustained contribution to sanitation and public awareness initiatives in the region.
