- PVUNL organized a Har Ghar Tiranga awareness program at SS High School, Patratu, on August 12 and distributed 200 national flags among students.
Jharkhand News : Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL), under the aegis of NTPC Patratu, is organizing the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign from August 9 to August 17. The campaign aims to promote patriotism, national pride and awareness about the significance of the Tricolour. As part of the campaign, PVUNL organized an awareness programme with students and teachers at SS High School, Patratu, on August 12.
The campaign was formally launched on August 9, with participation from NTPC employees and their families, along with CISF personnel. A Prabhat Pheri was organized in the township during which national flags were distributed among participants.
Messages related to the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign were also displayed on LED screens installed across the township. The initiative aimed to raise awareness among residents about the campaign and the importance of the national flag.
200 National Flags Distributed at School
On August 12, PVUNL extended the campaign to nearby communities and educational institutions. An awareness programme was organized at SS High School, Patratu, where 200 national flags were distributed among students.
Students were sensitized about the importance of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign through patriotic songs, slogans, poems, shayari and speeches. The programme witnessed active participation from the students.
Participants Honoured with Gifts
Around 20 participants actively took part in the programme. A prize distribution ceremony was also organized to encourage their participation.
All participants were presented with gifts and national flags. A total of 200 national flags were distributed among the students so that they could carry forward the message of proudly hoisting the Tricolour at their homes.
PVUNL HR Team Played Key Role
Officials and employees of the HR (Human Resources) Department of PVUNL actively participated in the awareness programme held at the school. They played an important role in organizing and conducting the event.
Through these activities, PVUNL effectively spread the message of patriotism, unity and respect for the national flag. The campaign also actively involved NTPC employees, their families, CISF personnel, students and nearby communities in the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative.
