Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren met IIT Mandi Director Prof. Lakshmidhar Behera on Tuesday at the Chief Minister’s residential office on Kanke Road in Ranchi. During the meeting, Behera invited the Chief Minister on behalf of ISKCON Ranchi to attend the Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahamahotsav scheduled to be held at Kathal Mor in Ranchi on September 4, 2026.
Discussion on Youth Skill Development
Hemant Soren and Prof. Lakshmidhar Behera discussed opportunities for the economic development of the state through youth skill development and the effective use of artificial intelligence, robotics and modern technology.
The Chief Minister extended his warm wishes for the Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahamahotsav being organised on the occasion of Janmashtami.
ISKCON Ranchi representatives Pradeep (PR) and Sudhir Krishna Chaitanya Das were also present during the meeting.
IFS Officer Anju Ranjan Meets Chief Minister
Meanwhile, Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer Anju Ranjan also met Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday at his residential office on Kanke Road in Ranchi.
The meeting was described as a courtesy call by Anju Ranjan.
