Ranchi DC Inspects Ganpati Pandals Ahead of Ganesh Festival

Ranchi: Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri took stock of law and order and other necessary arrangements in the city late Monday night in view of the ongoing Ganesh festival.

During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner visited several prominent Ganpati puja pandals, including the pandal at Firayalal Chowk, the Railway Colony Kali Temple Ganesh Committee and the Gajraj Puja Committee at Kachhari Chowk.

Office-bearers of various Ganpati puja pandals were present during the inspection.

DC Offers Prayers at Ganpati Pandals

Manjunath Bhajantri offered prayers to Lord Ganesha along with his family and sought his blessings. He also prayed to Lord Ganesha for the well-being and prosperity of everyone.

The Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration has made comprehensive security arrangements in view of the upcoming festival.

Peace Committee Members Present

Members of the peace committee, including Jai Singh Yadav, Sagar Kumar, Nand Kishore Singh Chandel, Sandeep Mukherjee, Rajesh Sinha Sunny and Ramesh Singh, were present.

Ward Councillor of Ward No. 46 Aarti Kumari, Vicky Verma and members of several prominent Ganesh Puja committees also attended the inspection.
