Jharkhand News : Sanjeev Shekhar, Head of Corporate Affairs at Adani Power Limited, Jharkhand, and a distinguished English author, has been conferred with the Sparsh Lifetime Achievement Award 2025 for his remarkable contribution to English literature. The honour was presented at the grand annual ceremony of Renuka Arts in Ranchi, where 15 other eminent personalities from various fields were also felicitated.
Renuka Arts, which has been recognising outstanding achievements in the fields of art, literature, journalism, medicine, sports and social service for the past 18 years, this year also included personalities who have made significant contributions to both literature and the corporate world in its award list.
Three Decades of Diverse Excellence
Born and raised in Jamshedpur, Mr. Shekhar has over 30 years of experience across diverse domains, including journalism, corporate affairs, corporate communication, and human resource management. He has worked with leading organisations such as Essar, Reliance Industries, Hindustan Times, and Star News, and is currently serving as Head of Corporate Affairs at the Adani Group, where he has provided strong leadership to HR and administrative functions in the challenging region of Godda.
Distinguished Contribution to Literature
Alongside his corporate career, Mr. Shekhar is a prolific English author, having penned three books — Beyond News (2015), Deadlock (2018), and Ride Above the Clouds (2023).

Deadlock is an emotional novel portraying the journey of a modern woman balancing her identity and aspirations.
