Jharkhand News : An all-party meeting was held on Wednesday at the Speaker’s chamber of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly to ensure the smooth, successful and dignified conduct of the sixth Monsoon Session of the sixth Jharkhand Assembly, which is scheduled to begin on Thursday.
The meeting was chaired by Assembly Speaker Rabindra Nath Mahto, with Chief Minister Hemant Soren also in attendance.
Detailed discussions were held on conducting the proceedings of the Monsoon Session in accordance with democratic traditions and parliamentary decorum. Representatives of all political parties were urged to extend positive cooperation to ensure the smooth functioning of the House.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Radha Krishna Kishore, Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi, and MLAs Pradeep Yadav, Suresh Paswan, Arup Chatterjee, Jairam Kumar Mahato and Nirmal Mahto, along with representatives of various political parties and other dignitaries, attended the meeting.
The participants stressed the need for coordination and cooperation among all parties to ensure that the Assembly proceedings remain peaceful, orderly and effective throughout the Monsoon Session.
