Jharkhand News : A tragic road accident occurred on Wednesday morning in the Barhi police station area, where three members of the same family lost their lives, and six others were injured after their car collided with a road divider. The incident took place near the Panchmadhav Gangatahi bridge on the four-lane highway.
Family Was Traveling to Bihar for a Wedding
According to police sources, the family was travelling from Kulti in Asansol (West Bengal) to attend a wedding ceremony in Bihar. Their Swift car (WB 44A 0415) suddenly went out of control and rammed into the divider. The impact was so severe that the vehicle was completely crushed, leading to the instant death of three passengers.

All three died on the spot.
Six Injured; Two in Critical Condition
Six other family members sustained injuries in the accident. They are:

The injured were first taken to Barhi Sub-Divisional Hospital for primary treatment. However, due to the critical condition of Dharmendra Yadav and Shivam Kumar, five of the injured were referred to Hazaribagh Sadar Hospital for advanced medical care.
Police said initial findings suggest that the accident occurred due to overspeeding and loss of control. A detailed investigation is underway.
The incident has left the entire locality in shock, and surviving family members are reported to be in deep grief and trauma.
