
Jharkhand News : A one-day Capacity Building Program was organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Dhurwa, Ranchi. The training was centered around the National Curriculum Framework – Foundational Stage, with the goal of equipping teachers with updated educational methodologies and helping them enhance their teaching skills.
A total of 60 participating teachers from various parts of Jharkhand took part in this educational initiative. These educators engaged in active learning to better understand the principles of the National Education Policy (NEP) and the foundational stage of early education.
The program featured two key resource persons: Premlata Kumari, Principal of Cambrian Public School, Kanke Road, Ranchi, and Nutan Pathak, TGT from Surendranath Centenary Public School, Ranchi. Both trainers provided in-depth guidance on the concepts of the NEP, curriculum planning, classroom strategies, and the holistic development of students in the foundational years.
The primary objective of this training was to introduce teachers to a new perspective and direction in education, enabling them to contribute more effectively to the mental, intellectual, emotional, and social growth of their students.
The enthusiasm among participants was clearly visible, as they actively engaged in sessions and discussions. The program served as an important step toward implementing the goals of the National Education Policy at the grassroots level.
