Jharkhand News : Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a one-day Grievance Redressal Camp in the Argada Area on Wednesday to address employees’ service-related concerns and ensure their timely resolution.
The camp was held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM under the supervision of Gautam Choudhary, Chief Manager, Grievance Redressal Cell. Senior officials, including Rajeev Kumar, Staff Officer (Human Resources & Administration), Argora Area, Tejvinder Singh, Chief Manager (Personnel), Richa Titus, Senior Manager (Human Resources) and Nodal Officer, Grievance Redressal Cell, the Staff Officer (Civil), Human Resources officers from all units, and other officials were present.
During the camp, employees raised issues related to quarter maintenance, promotions, and other service-related matters. The management reviewed each grievance with sensitivity and promptness, resolving the majority of complaints on the spot and providing immediate relief to employees.
Cases requiring detailed examination or procedural action were formally registered for time-bound disposal in accordance with the prescribed rules.
The initiative reflects CCL’s commitment to ensuring swift grievance redressal, promoting transparency, and strengthening an accountable and employee-friendly work culture.
