Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren met several senior officials and police officers at the Chief Minister’s residential office on Sunday to receive New Year greetings.
Among the officials present were Sunil Kumar, Principal Secretary of the Public Works Department; Vishal Sagar, Director of Industries; Shashi Ranjan, State Project Director of the Jharkhand Education Project; Zeeshan Kamar, Director of the Dairy Development Directorate; Chandan Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of West Singhbhum; Ajay Nath Jha, Deputy Commissioner of Bokaro; Saurabh Kumar Bhuvaniya, Sub Divisional Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi; and Kumar Rajat, Sub Divisional Officer of Ranchi.
From the police department, Inspector General of Police Narendra Kumar Singh; IG of Bokaro Sunil Bhaskar; DIG of Kolhan Range Anuranjan Kispotta; SP of West Singhbhum Amit Renu; SP of Bokaro Harvinder Singh; SP of Chatra Sumit Kumar Agrawal; Commandant of J.A.P-2 Sarojni Lakda; and Commandant of J.A.P-7 Avinash Kumar met the Chief Minister and extended their New Year wishes.
Additionally, K.N. Singh, DRM of Ranchi Railway Division; Senior DCM Suchi Singh; and Visiting Professor M.A. Haque from Jamia Millia University also met the Chief Minister to convey their New Year greetings.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren wished all the officials and officers a Happy New Year and extended his best wishes for 2026.
