Jharkhand News : Chief Minister Hemant Soren extended a warm farewell to outgoing Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari during an official ceremony held at the Jharkhand Secretariat. Tiwari retired on September 30 after a distinguished career in the Indian Administrative Service.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister praised Tiwari for her dedication and administrative acumen. “Alka Tiwari showcased exemplary leadership throughout her tenure and played a vital role in implementing key policies and schemes of the state government,” he said.
He acknowledged her contribution in successfully executing several ambitious government programs, stating that her guidance greatly benefited the administrative machinery of the state.
Highlighting her integrity and commitment, CM Soren added, “She has always worked with honesty, loyalty, and a deep sense of duty. Her efforts have given a new direction to the state’s governance and strengthened administrative traditions.”
The Chief Minister also conveyed his best wishes to Tiwari for her future endeavors, expressing hope that she would continue to contribute to society with her wisdom and experience.
On the same occasion, CM Hemant Soren congratulated Avinash Kumar, who has taken charge as the new Chief Secretary of Jharkhand. “Avinash Kumar’s efficiency, vision, and vast administrative experience will further strengthen the state’s governance and accelerate the implementation of development schemes,” the CM said.
The event was attended by newly appointed Development Commissioner Ajay Kumar Singh, along with Principal Secretaries, Secretaries of various departments, and other senior officials.
