Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of New Year 2026. In a message shared on social media platform X on Thursday, the Chief Minister said that the arrival of the New Year is not merely the beginning of another calendar year, but an important step toward realizing the dream of building a “Golden Jharkhand” envisioned by the state’s brave ancestors.
Recalling the year 2025, Hemant Soren said that Jharkhand’s state architect Dishom Guru Shibu Soren and great movement leader Ramdas Soren departed from this world and merged into the lap of nature. Today, he said, they continue to bless the state from nature itself.
The Chief Minister stated that Jharkhand has undertaken a long journey marked by struggle, determination, and possibilities. In this journey, the contribution of citizens—especially tribals, indigenous people, farmers, laborers, women, and youth—has been extremely significant. He said the state government has taken several important steps toward social justice, public welfare, and inclusive development.
Hemant Soren emphasized that the vision of young Jharkhand is now clearer than ever—to build a prosperous, just, and sustainable Jharkhand by 2050. With this resolve, the Abua Government will continue to frame and implement policies centered on education, healthcare, employment and self-employment, social security, conservation of natural resources, and the rights and dignity of local communities.
He further said that strengthening the roots of Jharkhand, like a giant tree, has always been the government’s top priority so that the benefits of development reach the last person standing in society. Concluding his message, the Chief Minister wished that New Year 2026 brings happiness, peace, good health, and prosperity to everyone’s life.
