Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday met several senior officials, including Rajya Sabha MP Mahua Maji, at the CM’s residential office on Kanke Road, Ranchi. During the meeting, they extended their heartfelt greetings for New Year 2026.
Officials present included Additional Chief Secretary (Home, Prison & Disaster Management) Vandana Dadel, Additional Chief Secretary (Drinking Water & Sanitation) Mast Ram Meena, Chief Election Commissioner Alka Tiwari, Finance Secretary Prashant Kumar, Revenue Council Member Rajiv Ranjan, Mission Director of National Health Mission Chhavi Ranjan, Managing Director of JIADA Varun Ranjan, Director of Urban Administration & Development Nancy Sahay, Special Secretary (Cabinet Secretariat & Coordination) Rajiv Ranjan, IG STF Anoop Birathare, Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, and Senior Superintendent of Police Rakesh Ranjan.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren also extended his New Year greetings to all officials, wishing them a prosperous and successful year ahead. He conveyed his best wishes to all residents of Jharkhand, praying for their happiness, peace, prosperity, and progress in 2026.
The CM emphasized that active participation from everyone is key to making Jharkhand one of the leading states in the country. He highlighted that every citizen’s and official’s contribution is vital for the state’s holistic development. With public participation and an effective work culture, the government remains committed to delivering development schemes directly to the people.
