Jharkhand News : Chief Minister Hemant Soren inaugurated the “Dishom Guru Shibu Soren Engineering (JEE) & Medical (NEET) Coaching Institute” in Hindpiri, Ranchi, on Monday. He inspected the campus and interacted with students, boosting their enthusiasm and morale.
CM Soren stated that students from Jharkhand will no longer need to go outside the state for quality coaching. The institute is not just an education center but also a symbol of social and cultural unity. He encouraged students to share their language, culture, and traditions to strengthen Jharkhand’s diversity and unity.
The Chief Minister emphasized giving another opportunity to candidates who narrowly missed qualifying in ability tests. He added that sports activities will develop discipline, team spirit, and competitive thinking among students. Teachers were urged to instill confidence and positive competition in students, helping them excel at the state and national levels.
Jharkhand government considers education as the key driver of social and economic development. CM Soren highlighted schemes like Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, pre-matric and post-matric scholarships, and the Guruji Credit Card Scheme, providing students financial support for higher education. Special training for medical entrance exams is also being provided at RIMS, Ranchi.
Present on the occasion were Minister Chamra Linda, Rajya Sabha MP Mahua Maji, Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar, Development Commissioner Ajay Kumar Singh, Secretary Kripanand Jha, Tribal Welfare Commissioner Kuldeep Chaudhary, district officials, and hundreds of students.
