Jharkhand News : Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti (SMS), in collaboration with Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL), organized an eye check-up camp at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Patratu. The camp focused on students of classes 11 and 12, where eye screenings were conducted for 113 girls.

During the program, Mrs. Renu Sehgal, President of Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti, interacted with the students and motivated them to work hard. She emphasized the importance of healthy vision for academic success and personal growth. “Clear eyesight is not just essential for studies but is also a key to success in every field of life,” she remarked.
The committee assured that eye check-ups will be arranged for all students of the school to identify and address vision-related issues at an early stage. This initiative aims to enhance both the health and educational progress of the students.
The camp was well received and marked a significant step towards promoting preventive healthcare and well-being among young girls.
