Offbeat News : Actress Nikki Tamboli has responded strongly after veteran actress Usha Nadkarni called her “arrogant” in an interview.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Nikki shared a video clip from Nadkarni’s interview and wrote: “I have immense respect for Usha Ji. But just because you are senior and I am junior, doesn’t mean I must agree to everything or flatter you. You cannot judge me by calling me arrogant. I know who I truly am, and so do my fans. Apart from respect for you, no one else has the right to judge me.”
Earlier, Nadkarni had mentioned that Nikki never initiated a conversation with her during their time together on Celebrity Master Chef sets and always appeared arrogant to her.
Nikki not only posted a clarification on social media but also addressed fans via a video message. She said: “Becoming a first runner-up in such a tough show wasn’t easy. I achieved it by being myself. Flattery is not in my nature. My fans love me for my real personality, and that emotional connection is my biggest strength.”
Nikki Tamboli rose to fame as the first runner-up of reality show Bigg Boss and continues to enjoy a strong social media following. She is currently spending time with her boyfriend, Arbaaz Patel, often making headlines for her travel diaries and personal life.
