Dhanbad: Panic gripped the area after the mutilated and headless body of an unidentified woman was recovered from a deserted forest at Dhangi Kalyandih under the Baliyapur police station area of Dhanbad district on Friday morning.
News of the body being found spread rapidly, following which a large number of local villagers gathered at the spot.
Villagers Spot Body Near Bushes
According to information available, local villagers were passing through a narrow pathway inside the forest on Friday morning, as they do every day. During this time, they spotted the mutilated and headless body of a woman lying near some bushes.
The discovery created panic among the villagers, and news of the incident quickly spread across the surrounding area.
Police Informed About the Incident
The local villagers immediately informed the police after discovering the body. The identity of the woman has not been established.
