Jharkhand News : To accelerate preparations for the Assam Assembly elections, a high-level meeting of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) was held on Monday in Dibrugarh under the leadership of its national president and Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Party leaders and workers from various regions of Assam participated and discussed the upcoming election strategy in detail.
The Chief Minister emphasized that JMM has always been a party that protects the rights of the oppressed, marginalized, and regional identity. He stated that the same ideology will form the party’s foundation in Assam as well. The meeting focused on strengthening the party’s presence in tribal, backward, and marginalized-dominated areas.
Soren also outlined a region-wise strategy and public outreach programs for the upcoming assembly elections. At the end of the meeting, all participating workers and leaders collectively pledged to enter the elections with discipline, commitment, and unity. Senior leaders also presented a ground-level action plan (roadmap) to guide party work. Minister Chamara Linda and other JMM workers were also present at the meeting.
