Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday visited Baliapur (Baradaha) in Dhanbad district to attend the Shradh ceremony of Dr. Buddhadev Mahto, the late son of former MLA Anand Mahto. He was accompanied by his wife and MLA Kalpana Soren.
The Chief Minister offered floral tributes to the portrait of Dr. Buddhadev Mahto and paid his heartfelt respects. He prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and strength for the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
MLA Kalpana Soren also paid floral tributes and expressed her condolences. The Chief Minister met former MLA Anand Mahto and his family members, conveying deep sympathies and offering words of comfort during this difficult time.
Several local representatives and dignitaries were present on the occasion. A wave of grief was visible in the area as people gathered to pay their respects and pray for the departed soul.
