Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday offered prayers at the famous Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, Assam, praying for the happiness, prosperity, and a bright future of the people of the state.
The Puja rituals were performed by temple priests following proper Vedic traditions and chanting of mantras. During the visit, the Chief Minister bowed before the deity and prayed for the overall development, peace, and welfare of Jharkhand.
Speaking on the occasion, Hemant Soren said that it was his good fortune to once again get the opportunity to visit the shrine of Maa Kamakhya. He expressed hope that with the blessings of the goddess, Jharkhand will continue to move forward on the path of progress.
