Jharkhand News : A delegation from the Jharkhand IAS Officers’ Wives Association (JESOVA) met with Chief Minister Hemant Soren and MLA Kalpana Soren on Friday to extend a formal invitation to the upcoming Diwali Mela, scheduled to be held at Morabadi Ground, Ranchi, from October 9 to 13.
The JESOVA representatives invited the Chief Minister and his family to attend the five-day event and apprised them of the various cultural and community programs that will take place during the festival.
During the meeting, the delegation also briefed the Chief Minister about JESOVA’s ongoing social welfare initiatives and community service activities being carried out across the state.
The JESOVA delegation included President Preeti Kumari, Secretary Manu Jha, Treasurer Shivani Singh, and Executive Committee members Ranjana Kumar and Jyoti Manju.
