Jharkhand Karate Team Leaves for Lucknow National Championship
  • 20 players to represent Jharkhand at World Modern Shotokan Karate Federation National Championship

Jharkhand News : The Jharkhand karate team left from Hatia Railway Station for Lucknow on Wednesday to participate in the World Modern Shotokan Karate Federation National Championship. The championship will be held at KD Babu Singh Stadium in Lucknow on August 22 and 23.

A total of 20 players from Jharkhand will compete in the national championship. The athletes are aiming to put up strong performances and win medals for the state.

Players Prepare for National Championship

The players have been undergoing rigorous training and practice for the past several months to secure as many top positions as possible in the national championship.

The Jharkhand team includes Aaliya, Vaishnavi, Radhika, Anjali, Dhruv, Afrina, Anshika, Keshav, Krishav, Mansa Tamrakar, Rudraksh, Saanvi, Sufia and Ravi Oraon, among others.

Team to Compete Under Manager and Coach

The players will compete under the supervision of team manager Prakash Ravidas and team coach Dilip Lohra.

The championship is being organised by the World Modern Shotokan Karate Federation and will take place at KD Babu Singh Stadium in Lucknow.
