Jharkhand News : After completing 25 years as a state, Jharkhand is participating for the first time under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 in Davos. The delegation visited and inspected the Jharkhand Pavilion at the Indian Pavilion complex on Saturday.
WEF 2026 is being held from 19 to 23 January 2026 in Davos. Jharkhand’s participation will focus on electric mobility, energy security, environment, forestry and bio-economy, and women empowerment. The aim is to place the state firmly on the global stage for sustainable development, just transition, and inclusive growth.
