Jharkhand Weather to Change from 26th: Rain Likely in Several Districts; What the Next 4 Days Look Like

Jharkhand News : Jharkhand is set to witness a change in weather starting February 26, according to the Meteorological Department. Over the next five days, conditions across the state—including Ranchi—are expected to turn partly cloudy as wind patterns shift. North-westerly winds are giving way to partly moist winds, increasing humidity and cloud cover.

🌧️ Rain Expected on February 26

The department has indicated a possibility of light, scattered rainfall in several districts on February 26. However, the rain is not expected to be widespread and will not significantly impact daytime temperatures.
Meteorologists say:

  • Maximum temperatures may remain above normal

  • Night-time chill will reduce

🌡️ Recent Temperatures

In the last 24 hours, light clouds were observed across many areas:

  • Ranchi: Max 29.5°C, Min 13.8°C

  • Jamshedpur: Max 29.5°C, Min 15.2°C

☁️ Outlook for the Next 4 Days

Due to increasing moisture in the air:

  • Partly cloudy skies are likely over the next four days

  • Maximum temperatures will see little change

  • Minimum temperatures could rise by 3–4°C

Meteorologist Abhishek Anand noted that persistent cloud cover and moist winds may lead to denser clouds, further reducing night-time cold. He added that light rain is possible in parts of the state, including Ranchi, on February 26.

👉 In short, Jharkhand is heading for cloudier, slightly warmer nights, with a chance of light rain midweek, but no major weather disturbance is expected.
