Jharkhand News : There is good news for women beneficiaries of the Jharkhand government’s flagship Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana. A total of 305,892 women, who have not been receiving benefits under the scheme so far, will soon get the ₹2,500 honorarium after correction and verification of their records.

The Directorate of Social Security, under the Department of Women, Child Development and Social Security, is currently scrutinising and correcting beneficiary data. Once the prescribed process is completed, payments will be released.
