Offbeat News : Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur recently surprised her fans by revealing a new side of her personality — her passion for photography. Taking to Instagram, she shared a series of photographs clicked by herself, opening up about her growing interest in the art form.
In her candid post, Mrunal wrote that she gathered the courage to share her clicks and joked that she might end up deleting them later. Reflecting on her journey, she mentioned, “I’ve always believed a picture is worth a thousand words. Ever since I started taking photography seriously, that belief has only deepened.”
She revealed that her curiosity to learn and explore has always driven her, and photography had long fascinated her. Her interest solidified when she bought her first camera last year. Though she initially feared she might mishandle or damage it, she reminded herself that nothing comes without trying.
With World Photography Day around the corner, Mrunal decided it was the perfect moment to share her personal work. She also emphasized that photography isn’t just about clicking — it involves patience, pause, and even overthinking. Through this new pursuit, Mrunal offers fans a glimpse into a thoughtful, introspective side of her persona.
On the professional front, Mrunal was last seen in Son of Sardaar 2. She will next appear in the upcoming action drama Dacoit, opposite South star Adivi Sesh. The film also features acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap in a key role. Directed by Shaniil Deo and produced by Annapurna Studios in collaboration with Supriya Yarlagadda and Sunil Narang, Dacoit is set to hit cinemas on December 25 this year.
