Jharkhand News : Interviews for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of NTPC Limited, one of India’s largest power generation companies, will be held today (July 4). Among the shortlisted candidates is Nitin Madan Kulkarni, who is currently serving as the Principal Secretary to Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar.
The selection process will be conducted through an online interview beginning at 10 a.m.
18 Candidates Shortlisted
NTPC had invited applications for the top post from experienced professionals across the energy sector.
Senior executives from Indian Oil Corporation Limited, GAIL (India) Limited, Power Finance Corporation, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Tata Power, and other organizations applied for the position.
According to available information, 40 applications were received. After scrutiny, the search committee shortlisted 18 candidates, including Nitin Madan Kulkarni, for the final interview.
