PVUNL Launches Skill Training Programme for 60 Youth in Ramgarh

Jharkhand News : Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL), as a responsible corporate organisation, is continuing its efforts towards skill development and empowerment of local youth.

As part of this initiative, a three-month residential welding training programme sponsored by PVUNL was inaugurated on Wednesday at Government Tool Room ITI, Gola. A total of 30 youth from the region will receive training under the programme.

The programme was jointly inaugurated by Hazaribagh MP Manish Jaiswal, Barkagaon MLA Roshan Lal Choudhary, Ramgarh Deputy Commissioner Rituraj, PVUNL General Manager (Maintenance) R. K. Niranjan and PVUNL HOHR Ziaur Rahman.

30 Youth to Receive Welding Training

The three-month residential welding training programme aims to provide practical and technical skills to young people from the region.

Through the initiative, PVUNL seeks to improve the employability of local youth and prepare them for better employment opportunities.

Six-Month CNC Training Programme to Begin Next Month

In addition to the welding programme, PVUNL is also sponsoring a six-month residential CNC Operator/Machining Technician training programme.

Another 30 youth will receive training under this programme, which is scheduled to begin next month.

Initiative Appreciated by Public Representatives and Administration

Public representatives, the Ramgarh district administration and Government Tool Room appreciated PVUNL’s initiative during the programme.

The effort is expected to help young people acquire practical and technical skills, improve their employment potential and access better job opportunities.

PVUNL’s initiative also reflects its commitment to promoting self-reliance among youth, skill-based employment and inclusive development in the region.
