Jharkhand News : Under the aegis of Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL), the Girls Empowerment Mission (GEM) successfully concluded its one-week Winter Workshop at the PVUNL Township on January 3, amid an atmosphere of enthusiasm and celebration. The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by PVUNL’s Chief Executive Officer A. K. Sehgal and Renu Sehgal, President of the Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti. Senior officials of PVUNL, members of the Ladies Club, and parents and family members of the participants were present in large numbers.

Showcasing Skills and Self-Confidence

During the event, the girls gave remarkable demonstrations of self-defence techniques, science experiments, and other creative activities, earning wide appreciation from the audience. Their confidence and stage presence reflected the positive impact of the week-long training programme.

Addressing the gathering, CEO A. K. Sehgal encouraged the girls to pursue their dreams with determination and wished them a bright and successful future. He also urged parents to give special attention to the education and holistic development of their daughters.
