- The Ramgarh Cantt Dussehra Committee held a meeting at Sahu Dharamshala, where Ranjan Singh was unanimously elected president after discussions with Vijay Jaiswal.
Ramgarh News : The Ramgarh Cantt Dussehra Committee held a meeting at Sahu Dharamshala on Sunday. The meeting was chaired by outgoing president Deepak Sonkar and focused on selecting the committee’s new president.
The names of Ranjan Singh and Vijay Jaiswal were proposed for the post. Committee office-bearers discussed both names and suggested that the two members hold discussions among themselves and reach a mutual decision to maintain harmony within the committee.
Ranjan Singh Chosen by Consensus
Both nominated members discussed the matter among themselves while acknowledging their responsibilities towards the committee. Following the discussion, they proposed Ranjan Singh’s name for the post of president.
All committee members supported the proposal unanimously. Ranjan Singh was subsequently elected president of the Ramgarh Cantt Dussehra Committee by consensus.
After his election, committee members welcomed Ranjan Singh by presenting him with garlands.

The meeting was attended by patron Azad Singh, Ranjan Fauji, Vijay Jaiswal, Tulsi Kushwaha, Amit Sinha, Pradeep Sharma, Ravi Gupta, Mohan Pandey, General Secretary Shiv Kumar Mahto, Satyajit Choudhary, Rajesh Thakur, Brajesh Pathak, Tuleshwar Paswan, Chhotu Verma and Tarun Sao, among others.
