Jharkhand News : The firing incident near the Ring Road, close to a Toyota showroom at Vikas Chowk, has reportedly been claimed by the Rahul Singh gang. The group released a statement on social media asserting that its members carried out the shooting.
In the message, the gang held a person named Jai Shankar responsible and issued what it called a final warning. The statement also contained a threat, claiming that if their demands are not met, they are prepared to escalate violence across a wide area, from Palamu to Patna.
The post further claimed that this time the showroom was targeted as a warning, but that individuals would be directly targeted next time. Following the post, concern has spread in the area.
Police have taken cognizance of the matter and said they are verifying the authenticity of the social media post and investigating the firing incident from all angles. Officials stated that strict action would be taken against those found involved.
