Jharkhand News : A massive fire broke out at the Vasudev Tata Auto Motors workshop in Ranchi’s Kokar Industrial Area on Sunday morning. The blaze quickly intensified and spread to several vehicles parked inside the workshop.
Three fire tenders were rushed to the scene after the fire department received information about the incident. Firefighters brought the blaze under control after considerable effort.
4 to 9 Vehicles Damaged in Fire
According to preliminary information, between four and nine vehicles were damaged in the fire. However, no injuries have been reported.
The exact extent of the damage is being assessed by the authorities.
Fire Reportedly Started in One Vehicle
Sadar Police Station in-charge Kuldeep Kumar said the fire initially broke out in a vehicle parked at the service centre. It then spread to other vehicles parked nearby.
Preliminary investigation suggests that a short circuit may have caused the fire.
Police Investigating the Incident
Police are investigating the incident and assessing the losses caused by the fire.
The exact cause of the blaze will be established after the investigation is completed.
