Jharkhand News : Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren met with newly appointed Ranchi SSP Rakesh Ranjan at his official residence on Kanke Road on Tuesday. The meeting was a courtesy call following Ranjan’s recent transfer. City SP Paras Rana and Traffic SP Rakesh Singh also met the Chief Minister during the visit.
Prior to this posting, Rakesh Ranjan served as SP of Chaibasa. His transfer to Ranchi SSP came as part of a major IPS reshuffle by the state government on September 19.
