In the post’s caption, Shilpa wrote, “When you’re on the yoga mat, be in the moment.” She further elaborated that certain poses stretch the lower muscles, particularly the hips, hamstrings, inner thighs, and groin, making daily movements like bending down or squatting easier.

Shilpa explained, “These poses reduce hip stiffness, enhance circulation in the ankles and knees, and strengthen the pelvic muscles.” She added that yoga also improves body balance, stability, and strengthens the core and surrounding muscles, offering better body control.
