Bihar News : Before the Bihar assembly elections, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced a big relief for teachers. Now the teachers of the state will be able to get transfer in their favorite districts. The Chief Minister shared the information about this decision through the social media platform ‘X’ (formerly Twitter).
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar wrote that suggestions and complaints have been received through many mediums on the transfer of teachers done recently by the Education Department. After reviewing them, he has directed the Education Department to ask the teachers who have problems in transfer for the option of three districts. After this, their inter-district transfer will be done on the basis of those options.

The Chief Minister further said that the location of teachers within the district will be determined by a committee headed by the District Magistrate, so that it is possible that the teacher can be posted in his favorite block or its adjacent area.
Nitish Kumar also appealed to the teachers in his post. He wrote that, “Teachers are very important for the future of the children. It is my humble request that they should contribute to the education of children with full dedication and dedication without worrying about anything.” This announcement has brought relief to thousands of teachers who were not satisfied with the recent transfer process or did not get the desired place. Teachers across the state had been demanding flexibility and transparency in the transfer policy for a long time.
This decision of the Nitish government is being considered an important pre-election step, which will send a positive message among teachers.
