Tuition-Going Student Goes Missing in Ranchi, Family Fears Abduction

Jharkhand News : Incidents of missing children continue to raise concern in the state capital. In the latest case, a 13-year-old girl has gone missing under suspicious circumstances from the Sukhdev Nagar police station area.

According to reports, the girl, identified as Alina, a Class 8 student, left her home in Nasiruddin Lane, Pahari Tola, around 5 p.m. on June 9 to attend tuition classes. However, she did not return home by late evening, prompting concern among her family members.

Family Launches Search

After she failed to return, her family searched for her among relatives, friends, and nearby localities, but no information about her whereabouts could be found.

Her father, Imroz, has lodged an FIR at the local police station and expressed suspicion that someone may have lured and taken his daughter away.

Abduction Suspected

In his complaint to the police, Imroz alleged that his daughter may have been abducted and urged authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure her safe recovery at the earliest.

Police Begin Investigation

Following the complaint, police registered a case and launched an investigation. Officers are questioning local residents and searching nearby areas in an effort to trace the missing student.

As of the time of reporting, no clues regarding the girl’s whereabouts had been found, and the search operation remains ongoing.
