Khan Sir Gets Protection from Arrest, Patna District Court Grants Interim Relief

Bihar News : Popular educator Faizal Khan, who has been named as an accused in the controversial coaching institute dispute and firing case in Patna, has received major relief from the court. The District and Sessions Court granted him interim protection and stayed any punitive action against him for the time being.

Court Grants Interim Protection

During the hearing on Tuesday, the defense argued that Faizal Khan had no direct involvement in any criminal act related to the case and had been wrongly implicated. The police, meanwhile, presented details of the FIR and the ongoing investigation before the court.

After hearing both sides, the District Judge granted interim relief to Khan, directing that no coercive or punitive action be taken against him until further proceedings. As a result, he is protected from arrest for now.

Case Linked to Coaching Institute Dispute

The case gained attention following a firing incident allegedly connected to a coaching institute dispute in Patna. An FIR was registered at Kadamkuan Police Station based on a viral video that surfaced after the incident.

According to police, two security guards associated with the coaching institute were allegedly involved in the firing and are currently in judicial custody.

Court Had Earlier Sought Case Diary

Considering the seriousness of the matter, the court had earlier directed the police to submit the case diary and investigation-related documents.

While hearing the anticipatory bail plea, the court granted interim protection to Faizal Khan. The next hearing will involve a detailed examination of the police investigation report and other evidence.

Reports of Police Search Operations

Reports suggest that Khan has not appeared publicly since the controversy began. Before the court’s order, police teams were reportedly conducting raids in Patna and nearby districts in an effort to locate him.

Patna Senior Superintendent of Police Kartik Sharma had earlier confirmed that search operations were underway.

According to available information, Faizal Khan filed his anticipatory bail petition on June 6 in the Patna Civil Court. The petition was registered on June 8, and after a hearing on June 9, the court granted him interim relief, preventing his arrest until further orders.
