- Bihar School Examination Board is set to launch free 24-hour online teacher support in 688 model schools, helping Classes 9 to 12 students get answers to academic questions.
Bihar News : The Bihar School Examination Board is set to introduce an online interactive learning system in 688 model schools across the state. Under the initiative, students from Classes 9 to 12 will be able to ask subject-related questions to teachers available online at any time.
Teachers will remain available live 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The facility will be provided to students free of cost.
To use the service, students will have to register through the designated portal or mobile application. After registration, they can select their class and subject and join the live learning facility.
Students Can Ask Questions During Studies
If students face any doubt while studying, they will be able to send their questions to teachers through messages. Teachers will respond to the queries and explain the relevant topics in detail.
The online system will provide students with quick answers to their questions as well as detailed solutions to subject-related problems. Students will also receive individual guidance and suggestions to improve their studies.
The facility is expected to help students access teachers’ support even after school hours.
Instructions Issued to District Education Officers
The examination board has directed all District Education Officers to coordinate with the principals concerned to ensure effective implementation of the programme in schools.
The district education authorities have also been asked to provide the necessary support to the board for implementing the online learning system.
Online Support in 11 Patna Model Schools
Patna District Education Officer Yogesh Kumar said the system is being implemented in 11 model schools in the city and one PM Shri Bankipore Girls’ Higher Secondary School.
Students from Classes 9 to 12 studying in these institutions will be able to benefit from assistance provided by online teachers.
