Ranchi : The Bharatiya Janata Party has announced a major organisational reshuffle across several states. Pawan Sai has been appointed as the State General Secretary (Organisation) for Jharkhand, replacing Karmaveer singh, who has been assigned the same organisational responsibility in Chhattisgarh.
