ESL Steel Inaugurates New Centre for Technical Skills and Safety

Bokaro : ESL Steel Limited inaugurated a new Technical Skills Training Centre on September 30 with the objective of strengthening hands-on technical learning and enhancing the practical capabilities of its trainees and employees.

The centre was inaugurated in the presence of Ravish Sharma, CEO & Whole-Time Director, ESL Steel Limited, and Prabhat Kumar, Director & State Head-CII Jharkhand, along with other senior officials.

Interactive Platform for Practical Learning

The newly established centre has been developed as an interactive learning platform designed to provide practical exposure through a range of technical displays and working models.

The facility covers key technical areas such as Tools & Fasteners, Electrical Components, Industrial Valves, Lifting Tools, Welding & Gas Cutting, Pneumatic Systems, Hydraulic Systems and Safety.

Through experiential learning, trainees will be able to develop a better understanding of industrial equipment and processes.

Focus on Technical Skills and Workplace Safety

The centre is expected to help strengthen trainees’ and employees’ technical knowledge, practical skills, equipment-handling capabilities and workplace safety awareness.

The facility will provide an engaging environment where participants can learn, practice and improve their technical capabilities through hands-on exposure.
