Bihar News : Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has announced a dedicated online portal to address the problems of students and young people in the state. He said the portal will work on the lines of the existing Sahyog portal used to resolve issues faced by the general public.
The Chief Minister said on Sunday in a post on social media platform X that students’ complaints will not simply be registered online and left unresolved. A fixed deadline will be set for resolving every problem submitted through the portal.
What Will Happen If a Problem Is Not Resolved?
According to Samrat Choudhary, if a student’s problem is not resolved within 30 days of being registered on the portal, a separate Sahyog camp at the Chief Minister’s level will be organised.
He said the issue will be brought before the Chief Minister’s level if it remains unresolved after the stipulated 30-day period. A separate assistance camp for students will be held once every month at the Chief Minister’s level to review such pending issues.
Ministers and Officials to Visit Schools, Colleges
The Chief Minister said that instructions will soon be issued to all state ministers and concerned officials to visit schools and colleges and interact directly with students.
He added that legislators and Members of Parliament will also be asked to meet young people, listen to their problems and take their suggestions.
Strict Action Against Paper Leaks
Amid the discussion on students’ problems and the education system, the Chief Minister also adopted a strict stance on paper leaks. He said the government is working to make the examination system leak-proof.
Samrat Choudhary said those involved in paper leaks will not be spared. He said arrangements have been made for strict action and punishment against those responsible for paper leaks under the Goonda Act.
Focus on Bihar’s Culture and History
The Chief Minister said the coming generation will carry forward Bihar’s culture, civilisation and glorious history. He also stressed the need to promote the languages spoken in Bihar and their rich history.
He said the government will work for young people while keeping all these aspects in mind.
