Bihar News : Celebrations broke out among Jan Suraaj Party workers in Buxar district following the victory of party founder Prashant Kishor from the Bakipur Assembly constituency in the Bihar Assembly elections. Soon after the result was announced, party workers, led by district president Bajrangi Mishra, celebrated the victory with enthusiasm.
Supporters gathered at the party office and several other locations, distributed sweets among one another and welcomed the victory with fireworks. Workers also raised slogans in support of Jan Suraaj and Prashant Kishor.
‘Victory of a New Political Vision’
Jan Suraaj district president Bajrangi Mishra said the victory was not merely about winning an Assembly seat but represented the people’s faith in a new political vision, good governance and development in Bihar.
He expressed confidence that under Prashant Kishor’s leadership, Jan Suraaj would emerge as a positive and strong political alternative in Bihar in the coming years.
Local leaders and party workers also congratulated Prashant Kishor, saying voters in Bakipur had given a clear mandate in favour of change. They described the result as a sign of growing political awareness in Bihar and said the party would continue to raise public-interest issues across the state.
Celebrations continued in Buxar among party workers and supporters till late in the evening.
