Bihar News : On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, Janata Dal (United) National President, former Bihar Chief Minister, and Rajya Sabha MP Nitish Kumar visited the Patna Sahib residence of senior JD(U) leader from Gaya district, Chandan Kumar Singh, on Wednesday.
During the visit, Nitish Kumar interacted warmly with the family members, enquired about their well-being, and extended his blessings. He also sought the blessings of Chandan Kumar Singh’s mother, reflecting the spirit of respect and tradition associated with Guru Purnima.
According to the family, Nitish Kumar shared a long-standing personal association with late Suresh Narayan Singh, a noted social worker and Chandan Kumar Singh’s father. They said several key development initiatives and public welfare projects in Gaya district were launched with his support and guidance, benefiting the region over the years.
The visit created a festive and emotional atmosphere at the residence, with family members expressing gratitude for Nitish Kumar’s affection, guidance, and blessings.
Lalan Kumar Sarraf, Deputy Leader of the Ruling Party in the Bihar Legislative Council, was also present during the visit.
