India News : A video of Mukhiya Rajkumar Paswan alias Ashok Paswan performing an obscene dance with female dancers during a cultural program on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami has gone viral, prompting swift action from the police. Taking the matter seriously, SP Swarn Prabhat has ordered the registration of an FIR and the immediate arrest of the mukhiya. He has also directed action against the event organizers and orchestra operators involved.
The incident is linked to the Paniyarwa Panchayat of Sugauli block, where Ashok Paswan is the elected mukhiya. He has previously been in the spotlight for similar controversial behavior. In the viral video, he is seen dancing inappropriately to vulgar songs along with female performers. Reportedly, the program was organized at his in-laws’ place.
The incident has triggered strong outrage among local villagers. Residents say that such behavior from an elected representative is not only a breach of social decorum but also tarnishes the image of the entire area. They also claim that this is not the first time the mukhiya’s dance videos have gone viral, but this time, the public display of obscenity on a sacred occasion like Janmashtami has caused widespread anger.
SP Swarn Prabhat stated clearly that such indecency on public platforms will not be tolerated under any circumstances and strict legal action will be taken against all those found guilty.
